At Mycobee we grow Lions Mane on locally sourced organic substrates, carefully harvest them and dry in dehydrator for 15-17h in the low temperatures to keep all the goodies in mushroom. After drying we make a powder.
Powder can be added to coffee, cacao, smoothies or any food.
 
Clinical trials support the use of dried fruiting body at a dose of 3-5g/day.
